Refund and Returns Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All parking reservations made with Larnaca Airport Parking are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Changes to travel plans

  • Early returns or late arrivals

  • No-shows

  • Incorrect booking details entered by the customer

Credit Note Policy

If a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time, we may issue a credit note at our discretion.

Credit notes:

  • Are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Can be used toward future parking bookings only

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded

  • Must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking arrival time are not eligible for any refund or credit note.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the parking facility at the booked time will be treated as a no-show and no refund or credit will be issued.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a booking with Larnaca Airport Parking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may result in the reservation being cancelled and additional administrative charges being applied.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking on this website, the customer explicitly agrees to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
