This page is maintained by Larnaca Airport Parking by LCH Larnaca Car Hire LTD to set out the rules and expectations for using our website and booking our parking services. It is provided as a standard template and should be reviewed by a Cyprus-qualified lawyer before being relied upon as final legal terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and/or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place a booking.

2. Who we are

Larnaca Airport Parking is operated by LCH Larnaca Car Hire LTD (trading as Larnaca Airport Parking). Our registered office and parking facility is at:

3. Service description

We provide vehicle parking at our facility near Larnaca International Airport, together with optional extras such as covered parking, indoor secure parking, car washing, vehicle diagnostic checks and meet-and-greet valet service. A complimentary shuttle transfer between our lot and the airport terminal is included for the booked period, subject to availability and our operating hours.

4. Bookings

All bookings must be made through the website booking form. You are responsible for entering accurate drop-off and pick-up dates, contact details and vehicle information. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation.

You must present a valid driving licence or ID and the booking confirmation on arrival.

5. Payment

The full amount of the booking is charged on the website at the time of reservation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (currently processed via JCC). All prices are in Euros (€) and include any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Pricing & availability

Prices are calculated based on the duration of stay and the extras selected. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Errors in advertised pricing may be corrected before or after a booking is accepted; if a material error is discovered, we will offer you the option to rebook at the correct price or receive a full refund.

7. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before drop-off, no-shows or early vehicle collection are non-refundable.

To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

8. Drop-off, pick-up & vehicle condition

Please arrive at the agreed drop-off time. We will inspect the vehicle with you and note any existing damage. On pick-up, the vehicle will be released only to the person named on the booking or a pre-authorised representative with valid ID.

You must not leave hazardous, illegal, perishable or high-value items in the vehicle. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care of vehicles parked at our facility, including CCTV coverage and controlled access. However, parking is at the owner's risk. Our liability for any loss or damage to a vehicle or its contents is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except where such loss or damage is caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We are not liable for delays, missed flights or consequential losses arising from traffic, weather, airport procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, airport closures or technical failures.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
